May, 2025 NEWSLETTER, New Co-op Food Bank & Seed Library Support

For those who didn’t already receive it, here’s the May, 2025 Gulf Islands Food Co-op Newsletter

We are very happy to announce that we’ve received a grant from the Capital Regional District  to continue supporting local growers, and folks looking for local produce!

Thanks to this new funding, the Gulf Islands Food Co-op can support all four Food Banks to purchase locally grown meats, fruits and veggies, all four Island Seed Libraries, and Co-op Sales Tables on Galiano, Mayne and Pender.  The above Newsletter also includes info on the Saturna Seed Library’s upcoming May 17 Saturna Island Seedling & Plant Swap, and more :-)
